![]() ![]() To my luck: All passwords I have that are not randomly generated, in which case neither were, are a set of combination of passwords that I use, I dont come up with random stuff. The only remaining device with access to that recovery email was my old phone that was sold to a friend (he did a reset), wife purchased a new one as a gift for getting out of the hospital. plus wife tried to clean stuff up for my return and "possibly" threw the paper out. How I lost: Spent a month hospitalized and was enough to forget both master passwords. I have an email account ( protonmail.ch) in which was used as a login for most sites I use (exception for google services and reddit), as well as the recovery email for lastpass. Since I was using both of them everyday, I could not ever forget keepass ( constantly adding new passwords to the database) and lastpass master passwd (prompted whenever browser/pc restarted). In theory I only needed to memorize keepass master password, and which case I did, not only that but I wrote it in a piece of paper and stored in my document drawer. Intro: I have lastpass & keepass 2 installed, lastpass extension was used obviously for storing passwds in browser, and along with keepass 2 to store all of these random generated passwords (created by lastpass) + lastpass master password. ![]() Well, eventually I would need to tell someone about the great level of stupidity that took place to now have the need to crack my password. ![]()
